Following protracted negotiations conducted with HM Revenue and Customs through the Club's appointed Advisor, there is high confidence that an arrangement will be agreed within the next few days which will effectively eliminate the state of indebtedness which has made it so difficult to plan ahead in recent times.

Nothing is yet finalised, but the Club's members and supporters can be reassured that there is now every reasonable expectation of Folkestone Invicta being able to take its place in the Ryman League for the coming season, albeit with a statutory 10-point deduction, and to continue its work in the support of local junior and disability footballers.

A further and more detailed statement will be released as soon as the formalities are concluded.
