May I wish all the fans of Folkestone Invicta a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

It has been a very tough year for all the fans - following relegation, it was hoped the Summer's news would have given us all a very good season.

As with years in the past, financial problems have caused all of our early seasons hopes to fade.

However, the true fans have amazed me again with efforts from all areas. We have managed to keep a team on the pitch - and some of the young players have been outstanding.

I feel we have not seen the end to our problems before we can look forward to a summer break!

We have fund raisers planned, starting with the Sponsored Walk. Please help with all the events, as every little really does help.

I wish you all the best for 2009, both for you and your families.
