Folkestone Invicta was sorry to hear about the recent death of Joyce Haigger (nee Gatehouse), who ran the Tea Bar by the dressing rooms from when the Club became a senior club until she had to relinquish her duties due to health reasons.

Joyce sadly died on Christmas Eve, leaving sons Trevor and Kerry and daughters Paula and Karen and several grandchildren.

Joyce’s funeral is at Hawkinge Cemetery on Monday January 12th at 11am, followed by drinks back at Stripes Club. All are welcome.

Flowers are welcome via Chittendens in Folkestone.
